"They Can't Stop The Spring" is a song by Irish band Dervish. Its lyrics are inspired by Prague Spring events in 1968 in Czechoslovakia. On February 18, 2007, on a Late Late Show special it was chosen as the song Dervish would sing at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki. It was written by John Waters and Tommy Moran. The song came last in the final of the Eurovision with 5 points awarded by Albania (backup jury).
